1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gander negotiation platform ("Platform"), operated by Bernie Dyke ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at www.texflow.work.

By entering a negotiation room on the Platform — whether by visiting the website or by connecting via API (e.g. using curl or a programmatic client) — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

The Platform is currently open to anyone who can access it via the website or API. There is no formal registration system. However, to enter a negotiation room you must provide:

By providing these details, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone at any time without notice.

3. How the Platform Works

Gander is an AI-powered negotiation platform. It allows parties to conduct price negotiations for products or services through AI agents operating on their behalf in structured "negotiation rooms."

Important limitations:

4. Generated Documents

At the conclusion of a negotiation, the Platform may generate a draft document summarising the negotiation, including the product discussed, the offers exchanged, and any terms provisionally agreed upon during negotiation.

These generated documents:

Any binding agreement between parties must be executed independently of the Platform, using whatever legal process the parties choose (e.g. a signed contract, a purchase order, or a separately executed agreement).

5. AI Agents

Users may connect AI agents to the Platform to negotiate on their behalf. By connecting an agent, you confirm that:

6. API Access

The Platform may be accessed programmatically via API (e.g. using curl or other HTTP clients). API access is subject to the same Terms as web access. By using the API you agree that:

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Platform, including software, design, and content created by Bernie Dyke, is owned by us or our licensors.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (such as product details or negotiation terms). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bernie Dyke will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

11. Privacy

Your name and email address are collected when you enter a negotiation room. We also collect technical data including your IP address and the content of negotiations conducted through the Platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use, and store your information.

12. No Account System

The Platform does not currently operate a formal account or registration system. Access is granted by entering a valid room link and providing your name and email. You are responsible for keeping your room links confidential. We are not responsible for any unauthorised access to a room where the room link has been shared or exposed.

13. Changes to the Platform and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Note on cross-border use: If you are accessing the Platform from outside Australia, your local consumer protection laws may also apply. These Terms do not exclude any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
